Construction / Design-Build Project: Nashville Music City Center

  • Project Team: Skyland USA, Garick Corp., Land Support Services
  • Marketing Objective: To promote and publicize how the project team conducted development research, specified products and coordinated synergistic building and supply efforts among contractors and subcontractors to successfully design and construct the music center complex and its 175,000 square foot green roof. The ECPR team publicized the project and project team by generating online and print project announcements, articles and overviews through construction project narratives written according to Associated Press style guidelines and the firm’s proprietary list of media contacts.

Construction / Design-Build Project: Georgia Tech’s Klaus Computing Building

  • Project Team: Ecos Environmental Designs, ERTH Products, Old Castle Architectural
  • Marketing Objective: To promote and publicize the project team’s accomplishments and resources which led to the completion of the building adjacent to a water reclamation system designed to collect water from the first flush of each rain. ECPR developed a publishable feature article quoting the project team as well as a streamlined narrative and photo project summary to delineate the numerous superior phases of architecture, design-build and construction of the building, hardscapes and land / bio-swale executed by the team. The article and content have published multiple times, achieving more than 2 million impressions, with additional content still being planned.

Construction / Design-Build Project: Interstate 22 (I-22)

  • Project Team: Archer Western Contractors, Alabama DOT
  • Marketing Objective: As part of the company's strategic markerting plan, the goal for this one-of-numerous campaigns was to promote and publicize how the project team collaborated to construct the 96-mile interstate connecting Birmingham, AL to Memphis, TN, the largest and most expensive project ALDOT has awarded in more than 40 years. ECPR wrote multiple feature articles about the project team’s progress surrounding the geometrically complex construction of 4 levels, nearly 20 bridges, and a host of environmental issues addressed through River Lite expanded lightweight clay aggregate- which perpetuated in a series of published articles, stories and photos in key trade magazines and business journals that showcased the project team’s expertise.  

Construction / Design-Build Project: Maryland Science Center Warehouse Facilities

  • Project Team: St. John’s Properties, Big River Industries, Ernest Maier
  • Marketing Objective: During a five-year strategic integrated marketing plan designed and managed by ECPR, this effort for this project was to publicize the strategic design-build, project management, specified products, and on-budget delivery aspects of the newly constructed Maryland Science Center, our ECPR staff not only secured a full feature story in the prestigious trade magazine Masonry Construction, we also byline-authored the article for the editor, giving us the ability to outline the solutions the project team provided to the building owners, quote members of the project team, and draw interest from other essential customers and prospects who award projects of this nature. This was executed as one of 47 campaigns to include public relations, media relations, advertising, print collateral, digital content management, and other forms of integrated marketing based upon strategic annual planning.
